Montreal, September 3, 2025- Fondation La Cle is proud to be among the recipients of a $5,000 donation from the Canadian Tire of Quebec Jumpstart Foundation, thanks to the generous team at the Canadian Tire store on Bellechasse Street in Montreal, led by its General Manager, Hanane Smahi.
This support is part of the Giving to Charities program, set up by the Foundation to help charities working in the communities of Quebec's 100 Canadian Tire stores.
This donation enables Fondation La Cle to provide young people living in low-income housing projects in Montreal with a variety of sports equipment - ping-pong tables, basketballs and soccer balls, badminton equipment and more - promoting their well-being, self-fulfillment and the development of social and physical skills.
"A sincere thank you to the Canadian Tire of Quebec Jumpstart Foundation for its generosity towards our organization. All this sports equipment was able to brighten up the summer of young people living in low-income housing projects. Sports and physical activities contribute directly to school perseverance among young people, even in summer!" - Patsy Joncas, Executive Director
